Progression State is an infrastructure group developing and operating national digital infrastructure platforms across emerging markets.

We partner with governments, state owned enterprises, and private sector institutions to design and deploy systems that modernize critical economic functions, strengthen regulatory capacity, and increase government revenue collection.

In many emerging markets, a significant portion of economic activity operates outside formal systems. Progression State is built to close that gap.

Rather than focusing solely on new demand creation, we structure, digitize, and scale existing economic activity, while simultaneously developing new infrastructure systems that expand the formal economy.
